Thank you for choosing Life’s a Load! Please review and acknowledge the following terms before using our laundry services. 1. Service Consent By submitting this form, I authorize Life’s a Load to wash, dry, fold, and/or deliver my laundry according to the service selected. I confirm that all items provided are safe for machine washing and drying. specify what items will need be hung dry. We do not dry clean. 2. Detergent and Product Acknowledgment Life’s a Load uses: -Detergent with Fragrance -Detergent without Fragrance -Bounce Dryer Sheets Please specify which detergent you would like with or without fragrance,Detergent brands vary please ask or If preferred, you may provide your own detergent.Please label it clearly and notify us at pickup. 3. Stain Disclaimer Life’s a Load will make every effort to remove stains using standard laundering methods. However, stain removal is not guaranteed, as some stains may be permanent or react differently to cleaning agents and fabrics. 4. Liability Release While we take the utmost care with every load, Life’s a Load is not responsible for Normal wear and tear (shrinkage, fading, buttons, zippers, etc.) -Items left in pockets or mixed in with laundry bags -Damage from defective clothing or unclear care labels -By acknowledging below, I release Life’s a Load from any liability for minor damage or loss that can occur during normal laundering. Please Notify us of any Allergies, Despite of sanitization procedure, traces of detergents, softeners, etc, can remain, not responsible for items before pick-up or after delivery 5. Pickup & Delivery Terms -Standard turnaround time: 24–48 hours -Express service available for an additional fee -Please ensure laundry is ready for pickup at the scheduled time. -A $25 cleaning fee may be applied to loads containing excessive pet hair that require additional cleaning or maintenance. 6.Refund or Rewash Policy If you are unsatisfied with your laundry, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Life’s a Load will gladly: Rewash the affected items at no extra cost if the issue was on our end, or offer a partial refund if rewash is not possible. No refunds or rewashes are available after 24 hours from delivery. 2.5% fee for credit and debit card payments “This waiver is valid for all future laundry services scheduled by the customer unless otherwise updated or revoked.”
