  • Terms and Conditions

    • Payment: Full Payment is REQUIRED before your work can be started. Refund/Cancellations should be made within 24-hours for a full refund.

    • Order: Orders estimated to be 5-10 days from your order date. Some Detail Custom Orders may take additional time (estimated up to 15 days).
      Rush Orders will result in a 10% additional charges on order less than 5 days.
      Next Day are available on limited items and with an additional charge (contact us for further information).

    • Changes/Cancellations: We provide a 24-hours period, after placing your order for a full refund Call/Text/WhatsApp: +44 786249 7792 | Email: Perfect2UsArts@gmail.com to confirm your changes/cancelation. Cancellations beyond 24-hours would result in a 10% (of your total) Restocking Fee.

    • Returns: All of our orders are hand-painted custom to order. We cannot accept returns on any products once they have been issued. If there is an error on our behalf, we will take the appropiate actions to resolve it the best way we can.
      Please ensure correct spelling/placement/design of your information because that's the exact information we use. (there is a restock fee additionally to correction due to your fault on returned items).

    • Privacy: Your entered information will remain private and only used for documental purposes. It will not to be shared nor sold to anyone.
