Summer 2026 Application
LightZ of Hope Summer AdventureZ is a special Summer 2026 program designed to help create meaningful memories for families caring for medically fragile or medically complex children with significant medical needs, ongoing medical care, medical equipment needs, mobility limitations, or frequent hospitalizations.

Through LightZ of Hope Summer AdventureZ, selected families may receive assistance toward a meaningful local family outing or experience close to home, such as a zoo trip, aquarium visit, movie night, children's museum, water park, local attraction, bowling outing, miniature golf, or another special family activity. Some local overnight experiences may be considered if they align with the goals of LightZ of Hope Summer AdventureZ.

LightZ of Hope Summer AdventureZ is intended to support local family outings and experiences close to home. Requests involving airfare, cruises, destination vacations, extensive travel, or multi-day travel experiences will not be considered.

Families selected for LightZ of Hope Summer AdventureZ will be asked to describe their planned experience as part of the application process. Following the experience, families may be asked to share a few photos and a brief update about their adventure so we can celebrate the memories made and the impact of the program.
