Use this form to request an inspection to clear an existing violation or to schedule a fire escrow inspection with the Department of Licenses and Inspections (L&I).

Inspections associated with issued construction permits can be requested via eCLIPSE or by using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) by calling 215-255-0404.

If you are trying to submit a complaint, you can call 311 or (215) 686-8686 if you are outside of Philadelphia or you can use 311's webportal.
