Applicant agrees to participate in the Marble Festival Parade at Applicant's own risk and covenants not to sue the Chamber, City of Jasper, and/or volunteers for any injury or damage suffered by Applicant as a result of said participation. Applicant agrees that the Chamber, City of Jasper and/or volunteers shall be free from all claims, by reason of any injury to any person, from any cause whatsoever arising from any occurrence in or near the parade. Applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Chamber, City of Jasper and/or volunteers against any and all such claims. Please keep in mind this is a family-friendly event and there will be children in attendance. We ask that all participants respect this and if not, we reserve the right to remove those participants from the parade. No use of profanity or obscenities will be tolerated.

$25.00 entry fee per vehicle/float is required at time of application. 

Parade Rules:

1. All parade applications must be completed & returned with payment no later than Monday, September 29, 2025.
2. The driver of any motorized vehicle must have a valid driver's license and be 21 years old or older.
3. All applications are subject to approval by the parade committee.
4. Applicant must agree in writing to abide by the disclaimer above.
5. Notice of parade position & arrival time will be sent via email Friday before the parade. This information is not available prior to this date. Failure to arrive as scheduled will result in a position change.
6. Subject to entry type, proof of insurance rider may be required.
7. Floats will be judged, and trophies awarded to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners!
8. We request that no candy be thrown from vehicles. Walkers may hand out candy on the parade route.
9. According to City of Jasper regulations, no livestock is allowed to participate in parades.
