    Application Review

    • All applications are reviewed by the Vendor Committee.
    • Acceptance or rejection decisions are final.
    • Notification will be sent by email once a decision has been made.

    Payment & Refund Policy

    • Payment in full is required with your application.
    • If a vendor is rejected, a refund will be issued minus a $5 card processing fee.
    • Refund requests will not be considered after September 1, 2026.

    Photo Requirement

    • Clear, current sample photos of your work or products must be included with your application — no exceptions.
    • Applications without photos will not be considered.

    No Exact Duplicates Policy
We love celebrating creativity and variety at the Georgia Marble Festival! To keep our vendor mix fresh and exciting, we do our best to avoid exact duplicates of products. While some items may be similar in type or style, our goal is to offer guests a wide range of unique and original creations.

If the Vendor Review Committee finds that a vendor’s products are too similar to another’s, the application may not be accepted. This helps ensure that every vendor has the best opportunity to shine - and that festival visitors enjoy discovering something new at every booth!
