• Laurelville Mud Weekends 2026 Group Reservation Request

    We are excited to take your request for a weekend at Mud Weekends this fall! Please complete this reservation request form to reserve spots for your group.

  • Minimum Requirements for Groups

    • Must be part of an official organization (church, after school program, etc)
    • Trip Leader is 21 or older
    • Minimum group size is 3
    • Must have a leader for each gender of students attending. For example, if you only bring males, you only need male leaders.
      • For Middle School camps: At least one leader for each gender of student attending must be 18 or older.
      • For High School camps: At least one leader for each gender of student attending must be 21 or older.
    • There must be at least a 1:10 ratio of adult leaders to students.
    • Must be a part of an established organization (i.e., church, nonprofit)

  • We're excited to offer five Laurelville Mud Weekends (camps) this year! Camps 1 and 2 are open to campers in 6th - 8th grade, while Camps 3 and 4 are open to campers in 9th - 12th grade. Camp 5 is open to both middle school and high school students.

    • Camp 1: 11/6 - 11/8 | Middle School
    • Camp 2: 11/13 - 11/15 | Middle School
    • Camp 3: 11/20 - 11/22 | High School
    • Camp 4: 12/4 - 12/6 | High School
    • Camp 5: 12/11 - 12/13 | Open to Middle and High School

    Below, you'll be asked whether you're making a middle school or high school reservation. If you'd like to bring middle and high school campers on separate weekends, you will need to submit two reservation requests.

    Below, please indicate the number of adult leaders (18 + years old) and campers you would like to bring. We require a 1:10 ratio of adult leaders to campers. Your total requested spots will be automatically calculated.

    You are about to submit your initial reservation. Our team will review everything over the next few days and award your group a weekend and spot count.

    Once awarded, your deposit is due within 15 days. From there, we will build your custom CircuiTree itinerary so you can seamlessly start registering your students and leaders.
