Open Day Guidelines
1. Emergency Brief
・In the event of an emergency, please follow staff instructions immediately.
・Our team will guide you safely and calmly.
・If you have mobility needs or concerns, please inform a staff member at any time.
2. Mobile Phone & Device Policy
Please switch all phones to Manner Mode and keep them secured inside your bag.
Phones, cameras, smartwatches, and other recording devices are not permitted inside the classroom to comply with child-safety and abuse-prevention guidelines.
If you need to use your phone, kindly step outside of the classroom area before taking it out.
3. If Your Child Needs Something
Drinks & Snacks: You are welcome to give your child a drink or small snack—please step aside to an area away from group activities.
Diaper Change: Changing tables and restrooms are available. A staff member can guide you.
Comforting: If your child becomes upset or overwhelmed, please feel free to comfort them and rejoin when they are ready.
4. Photography & Video Policy
Photography or video recording by parents/guardians is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy and safety of all children.
Don’t worry—we will share photos with you after the session.
Photo & Video Release Authorization
As a parent and/or guardian, you authorize Playpourri International and its team (including Directors, Coaches, Teachers, and Staff Members) to photograph and record your child during school activities, events, and programs.
These images and recordings may be used for:
- Sharing moments with families
- Social media
- Newsletters
- Website content
- Promotional and marketing purposes
- By participating, you acknowledge that:
- These materials may be shared publicly
- Playpourri International retains full rights to all media
- No additional approval or compensation will be required
- This authorization remains in effect without expiration
If you prefer that your child’s image NOT be used, please submit a written request to the school office. We will respect your preference as much as possible within program operations.
5. Follow Along & Have Fun
Enjoy the experience with your child—sing, move, explore, and join in!
Please allow teachers to lead activities so children can learn naturally.
