Description: 'Advancing DEI, like engineering, is a highly iterative process. This talk will share the speaker’s professional journey as a woman in engineering and discuss developing the tools necessary to successfully advocate for both DEI and students in a professional environment. Through personal experiences and actionable insights, the speaker will highlight the importance of resilience and collaboration in creating lasting change. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to foster inclusivity and empower future generations in their own professional spheres.
