This is a formal application to your respective Pony Club State Office seeking specific gear approval based on the requirements of you and/or your horse.
Do not use this form if you would like to suggest a gear rule amendment / addition that would be applicable to every member. For that, please use the National Gear Rules - Gear Change Form. This form is also available in a PDF version on Pony Club Australia's website.
