  • CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD) POINTS FOR COACHES

  • PCA policy requires Preliminary and Level 1 Coaches to obtain 12 points over a four-year period to renew their accreditation. 

    As our education delivery options and content continue to improve, the options to accumulate points have also evolved. 

    This form should be used when you are advised that your coaching qualification is due for renewal. You will receive an email notification from JustGo 6 months prior to your expiry date.   • Preliminary Accreditation

  • Did you participate in a refresher coaches’ school including examiner’s or coach educator workshop presented by PCA, a State Association or other approved education provider*
  • Date of the refresher school attended*

  • Did you complete webinars and online training sessions that include an assessment task? E.g. PCA Inclusive Coaching*
  • Did you act as a Mentor Coach for a PCA National coaching applicant for a period of not less than 6 months?*
  • Did you undertake any coaching other than at Pony Club on a regular basis? (minimum 3 times per year) For example. Riding for the Disabled, private clients*
  • Did you attend a judge’s school/course designing/technical delegate course or conference run by PCA or EA?*
  • Did you obtain or renew a First Aid Certificate?*
  • Date of the renewal or obtained*
