      Arrivals

    Monday, March 2 & Tuesday, March 3: NO CHARGE

    Any other day:

    Van: $130++(Price for up to 5 people)
    SUV: $210++(Price for up to 4 people)

    $23++ per person (shared airport shuttle)
    This flat rate applies when you are matched with other guests arriving or departing at a similar time. If no suitable match is available, a private vehicle will be required, and the guest will be responsible for the private transfer rate (starting at $130++).

     

    Departures

    Friday, March 6: Flat rate per person $23++

    Any other day:

    Van: $130++(Price for up to 5 people)

    ++ Rates are subject 16% federal tax (VAT) and 10% Service Fee.

    ** IMPORTANT NOTES **

    Arrivals:
    Flights must arrive at the same terminal and at similar times. Arrivals at different terminals cannot be combined, and guests would need to wait for one another.

    Departures:
    Departures are generally more flexible. Even with different terminals, it is usually possible to coordinate pickup times so guests can share a vehicle and split the cost.

    --If the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle capacity, please submit an additional form and payment.

    -The prices are in US dollars.

    -Payment will be taken in pesos at the Bank of Mexico daily exchange rate therefore the amount charged to your account in USD may vary slightly.

    -GRATUITIES for drivers/staff ARE NOT INCLUDED.

    -Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours in advance at no charge.

    -The client must notify the cancellation by email to office@omniadmc.com, including the confirmation letter and bank details for any applicable refund.

    -No-shows and cancellations made after this period will be charged in full, and no refunds will apply.

     IMPORTANT NOTE: You can bypass the payment and pay onsite during the conference. After completing the form, you can exit your browser on the payment form. An email confirmation will be sent your way via email.
