1) Prior to haul out, POE must have:
- Storage deposit

- Signed Storage Contract

- Proof of insurance policy naming Port of Egypt Marine, Inc. additional insured

2) Storage fee:
- does not include shirkwrap or winterization services
- must be paid in full prior to boat being winterized

3) Boat will be stored at:
Port of Egypt Marine, Inc., 62300 Main Road, Southold, NY 11971
