Summer Nights at the Bay 2026 Band Application

Our shows are in July and August with a 90-120 minute performance at Austin-Kvelstad Pavilion on Tuesday nights from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

A summertime staple in the community for over 20 years, tens of thousands of families have enjoyed our free concerts at our Muriel Iverson WIlliams Waterfront Park. With a gorgeous backdrop with scenic views of Liberty Bay, families often bring picnics to enjoy, get their dance on, and mingle with neighbors. Concerts often have a variety of other fun activities, such as free raffles, games, and prizes for all ages.

If selected, we will promote your band as part of the marketing. Please provide an artist statement, written in the 3rd person, that describes the band. *Use 3 sentences are less. Please note that this statement will be used in promotional materials.*
Terms & Conditions bands must acknowledge and accept the following to participate:
- If a performer is below the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Every member of the band is expected to be present for the sound check on the selected Tuesday Night by 5:00pm.
- This form is only stating interest, there is no guarantee of performing.
- If band is selected. the band will enter into a City of Poulsbo Performing Artist Services Agreement.
- Payment will not be provided until performance is given and an invoice is provided by the Band.
