Timelines are essential. Should you be accepted into this show, we'd like you to have a tentative timeline of dates. So...

Important Dates for this Show:
- Submissions are Due No Later than 11:59 PM on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
- All Submissions will be reviewed and notification of decisions will be sent no later than 11:59PM on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
- Accepted artists are expected to arrange delivery of work between Sunday, March 22, 2026 and Friday, March 27, 2026.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to make delivery during this period of time, please consider submitting to an alternative opportunity.
- This show will run from Thursday, April 2, 2026 through Sunday, May 24, 2026. With an Opening Party on Saturday, April 4, 2026.
- For artwork availability purposes, this means that you will pick-up your work between Thursday, May 28, 2026 through Sunday, June 7, 2026.
  
  In other words, the Artist Consignment Period will run from approximately Sunday, March 22, 2026 through Sunday, June 7, 2026.
