KEY FOB POLICY
- Key fobs provide access to the community clubhouse, fitness center, activity room, restrooms, and pool.
- Each property is initially allotted up to two key fobs at no cost.
- Fobs for tenants must be requested and approved by the property owner or manager.
- The property owner is responsible for ensuring tenants understand the rules applied to amenity use.
- Additional or replacement fobs are $50 each and will be billed with your dues through our property management company.
- Lost or stolen fobs should be reported immediately so they can be deactivated.
- If a lease has not been filed with our property management company, this must be done prior to key fobs being issued.
- Owners with more than one property must submit a request form for each property.
