TALENT APPEARANCE & MEDIA RELEASE

1. Permission to Record
I voluntarily agree to participate in a production, program, episode, interview, promotional activity, event, or other content produced in connection with Hunting Adventures with Princess.

I grant Hunting Adventures with Princess, Princess Miller, its production representatives, affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns permission to photograph, film, videotape, livestream, and/or otherwise record my image, likeness, appearance, voice, statements, performance, and participation.

2. Use of My Image, Voice & Likeness
I authorize Hunting Adventures with Princess to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, advertise, promote, and otherwise use recordings containing my image, voice, likeness, statements, and appearance, in whole or in part, in connection with Hunting Adventures with Princess and its promotion.

This permission includes use in television, websites, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, streaming platforms, advertisements, promotional materials, media kits, presentations, print materials, thumbnails, photographs, short-form videos, reels, clips, compilations, and other current or future media.

I understand that recordings may be edited for length, clarity, creative presentation, advertising, promotion, or other production purposes.

3. No Monetary Compensation
I understand and agree that my participation is voluntary and that no monetary compensation is available or owed to me for my appearance or participation, unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise.

I understand that I will not receive royalties, residuals, licensing fees, revenue sharing, or other compensation resulting from the recording, publication, distribution, promotion, monetization, or other authorized use of the production.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing beforehand, I am responsible for my own transportation, lodging, meals, licenses, permits, equipment, and personal expenses associated with my participation.

4. Ownership of Recordings
I understand that the photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, interviews, and other production materials created by or for Hunting Adventures with Princess will belong to the applicable producer or rights holder.

I understand that I do not acquire ownership rights in the finished program or production merely because I appear in it.

5. Editing & Publication
I understand that I will not have the right to inspect or approve the finished production, photographs, videos, advertisements, promotional materials, captions, edits, or other authorized uses before publication.

I understand that Hunting Adventures with Princess is not obligated to use, publish, broadcast, or distribute my appearance.

6. Hunting & Outdoor Activities
I understand that participation may involve outdoor activities, including hunting, shooting sports, hiking, wildlife observation, use of hunting equipment, travel over uneven terrain, exposure to weather, and other activities that may involve inherent risks.

I agree to follow applicable laws and regulations, property rules, firearm and hunting safety practices, and reasonable safety instructions provided during production.

When required, I am responsible for maintaining any licenses, permits, certifications, permissions, or other documentation necessary for my participation.

This media release is not intended to replace any separate liability waiver, assumption-of-risk agreement, firearm safety agreement, or hunting participation waiver that may be required for a particular activity.

7. Release
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I release Hunting Adventures with Princess and the parties authorized under this agreement from claims arising from the authorized recording and use of my image, likeness, voice, statements, and appearance, including claims relating to publicity or privacy rights.

This provision does not waive rights or claims that cannot legally be waived.

8. Voluntary Participation
I confirm that I am signing this release voluntarily. I have had the opportunity to read the agreement and ask questions before signing.

I understand the permissions I am granting through this release.

9. Agreement: By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Talent Appearance & Media Release and agree to its terms.

1. Voluntary Participation
I voluntarily choose to participate in hunting, shooting, outdoor recreation, filming, demonstrations, training, transportation, or other activities associated with Hunting Adventures with Princess.

I understand that participation is voluntary and that I may decline to participate in an activity that I reasonably believe I cannot perform safely.

2. Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks
I understand that hunting and outdoor activities involve inherent and potentially serious risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:

Firearms, ammunition, bows, knives, and other hunting equipment
Accidental firearm discharge or other shooting-related incidents
Hunting from tree stands, shooting houses, blinds, or elevated positions
Falls, slips, trips, and uneven or unstable terrain
ATVs, UTVs, trucks, trailers, boats, and other vehicles
Wild animals, domestic animals, insects, snakes, and other wildlife
Exposure to extreme heat, cold, rain, storms, and changing weather
Falling trees, limbs, rocks, holes, bodies of water, and natural obstacles
Remote locations where emergency medical assistance may be delayed
Equipment malfunction or failure
Actions or negligence of other participants
Physical exertion, including walking, climbing, lifting, carrying equipment, and retrieving game
Other foreseeable and unforeseeable risks associated with hunting and outdoor recreation
I understand that these activities may result in property damage, bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, or death.

3. Assumption of Risk
Knowing and understanding the risks associated with these activities, I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume the inherent risks associated with my participation.

I accept responsibility for evaluating my own ability to safely participate and for notifying the appropriate production representative if I believe a condition, activity, piece of equipment, or situation presents an unreasonable danger.

4. Firearm & Hunting Safety
If firearms or other hunting weapons are involved, I agree to:

Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.
Keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.
Keep my finger off the trigger until I am prepared to shoot.
Positively identify my target and what is beyond it before firing.
Never knowingly handle a firearm while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that makes doing so unsafe.
Follow applicable firearm, hunting, and wildlife laws and regulations.
Follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the landowner, range officer, guide, instructor, or production representative.
I understand that unsafe behavior may result in my immediate removal from an activity or production.

5. Hunting Licenses, Permits & Legal Compliance
I understand that I am responsible for possessing all licenses, permits, privileges, certifications, and permissions legally required for the activities in which I participate.

This may include, when applicable, a valid hunting license, Wildlife Management Area requirements, hunter education requirements, baiting privileges, nighttime hunting privileges, written landowner permission, and any other required permits or privileges.

I agree to comply with applicable Alabama hunting and wildlife regulations, property rules, and other applicable laws.

6. Tree Stands & Elevated Hunting
If I use a tree stand or other elevated hunting position, I understand that falls can cause serious injury or death.

I agree to use appropriate safety equipment and follow applicable manufacturer instructions and reasonable safety practices. I will not knowingly use equipment that I believe is damaged or unsafe.

7. ATVs, UTVs & Other Vehicles
If I operate or ride in an ATV, UTV, boat, truck, or other vehicle, I acknowledge the risks associated with transportation over hunting property, trails, roads, waterways, and uneven terrain.

I agree to use available safety equipment when appropriate and follow reasonable operating and passenger safety instructions.

8. Medical Responsibility
I certify that I am physically capable of participating in the activities I choose to undertake or have determined for myself that I can safely participate.

I understand that Hunting Adventures with Princess is not providing medical advice or guaranteeing immediate access to emergency medical services.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize reasonable efforts to obtain emergency medical assistance when I am unable to provide consent myself.

I understand that I remain responsible for my personal medical expenses unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Personal Property & Equipment
I am responsible for my own personal property and equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I understand that Hunting Adventures with Princess does not guarantee against loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings or equipment.

10. Release & Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Hunting Adventures with Princess, Princess Miller, Princess Creative Productions LLC, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, production personnel, representatives, volunteers, agents, successors, and assigns from claims arising from my voluntary participation in the covered activities, including claims involving ordinary negligence to the extent such claims may legally be released.

This release is not intended to waive claims that cannot legally be waived, including any liability that applicable law prohibits from being released.

11. Landowners & Locations
When legally appropriate and to the extent permitted by law, this agreement is also intended to apply to participating property owners, property managers, hunting clubs, leases, ranges, guides, and other locations or organizations involved in the activity when they are identified in connection with the applicable production or activity.

12. No Monetary Compensation
I understand that participation in Hunting Adventures with Princess is voluntary and that no monetary compensation is available for my appearance or participation, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I am responsible for my own transportation, lodging, meals, licenses, permits, equipment, ammunition, and other personal expenses.

13. Separate Media Release
I understand that this agreement addresses participation risks and liability. Permission to record, photograph, publish, or otherwise use my image, voice, likeness, or appearance may be governed by a separate Talent Appearance & Media Release.

14. Acknowledgment
By signing below, I acknowledge that:

I have carefully read this document and understand its contents. I understand that it contains an assumption of risk and release of certain legal rights.

I have had the opportunity to ask questions and seek independent legal advice before signing.

I am signing this agreement knowingly and voluntarily.
