     The lawyer can talk to you about your problem but cannot help you go to Court. Pro Bono SG, our volunteers, and partners will not be responsible for any wrong information.

    We need to keep your information and documents for our records even if you cancel your application. We use them to contact you, and to check that we can help you at this legal clinic and in other ways. We may send your information and documents to our volunteers and partners.

  • If you want to sign up:

    1. You must not have a lawyer or gotten legal advice on your problem.
    2. You must be a Ministry of Manpower Work Permit holder or ex-work permit holder now holding a Special Pass. If you are holding an Employment Pass, please fill in a separate application form.
    3. You can only ask about a Singapore law problem.
    4. It must be your own problem (i.e. you are not asking for a friend, family, etc).
    5. You must be honest and cooperative.

I acknowledge that the Confidential Information is strictly confidential and I agree that I shall not at any time reveal to any person or entity or use any Confidential Information at any time, except where authorised by the applicant or as required by Pro Bono SG and/or its authorised representatives for the legal clinic.
