Please read the following carefully before signing your application: By completing and signing this scholarship application, I declare that I understand and accept these conditions: 1) TFDP may contact you by email or by phone if more information is needed. 2)Scholarships are given only when resources are available, and are awarded based on a variety of factors that may change from time to time. 3) Oftentimes, scholarships available are partial, meaning that the scholar must contribute at least a small portion of fee. 4) A scholarship may be awarded or refused at the sole discretion of TFDP. 5) TFDP shall not disclose reasons for denial of an application. 6) If circumstances arise that warrant it in TFDP's judgement, TFDP reserves the right to delay, shorten, or end a scholarship, and/or to cease offering scholarships. 7) Unless otherwise stated, scholarship-related services are provided via Zoom video conferencing. 8) All scholarship recipients shall carefully read, sign, and abide by our contract for services, which is a separate document generally known as a Client Agreement, before services can begin. 9) TFDP reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services for cause, or for reasons outside its control. 10) All scholarship receipients shall provide TFDP a copy of their valid, current driver's license or other government issued ID before the scholarship can be delivered.
