QVA participation fees are designed to cover the costs of each event. For this retreat, the fee to participate is £198 + any additional fees for towels/bed sheets. Money should not be a barrier to your participation. If you are attached to a Local/Area Meeting, they may be able to financially assist you. Bursaries are also available from QVA - please contact the Working Retreats Co-ordinator via retreats@qva.org.uk to discuss.
Subject to your application being accepted, your place will be secured by the payment of a deposit of £50. You can either:
- send a cheque payable to Quaker Voluntary Action (not QVA) covering your contribution and with your application reference number (below) written on the reverse, to Jeff Beatty, Millbank Cottage, Whitney-On-Wye, Hereford, England, HR3 6HY; or
- pay by bank transfer to Quaker Voluntary Action, account number: 03269501, sort code: 16-58-10. For international transfers, please get in touch with retreats@qva.org.uk. Please use your application reference number (below) as a reference.

Payment of the balance must be received by Monday 19th August 2024.
Cancellations
If an approved application is cancelled by the participant prior to Monday 19th August 2024, QVA will return the deposit less an administration charge of £10.
If an approved application is cancelled after the same date, then the deposit will be forfeited by the applicant and retained by QVA.
