2. Results Are Not Guaranteed. I understand that results from online personal training will vary from person to person, and depend on consistency, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and effort. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment must be made in full before the program begins or according to the agreed-upon payment plan.
4. Client Responsibility
I agree to follow the program to the best of my ability, including completing workouts, following nutritional guidance, and communicating honestly with my coach.
I understand that my coach cannot force me to make changes or do the work — I am responsible for my own success
5. Confidentiality
All personal information, progress photos, and communication will be kept confidential and will not be shared without my written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (workout guides, nutrition plans, videos, etc.) are the intellectual property of Queen fitness and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
7.Please note that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued upon joining.
