If you want to submit your film to the "Rosa Brille" Short Film Contest at the 26th QUEERSICHT Filmfestival, please fill out this submission form with a preview copy of your film until May 31, 2023. The content of the film must be relevant to LGBTIQA+ people. There is no entry fee. The organizing commitee of the festival will decide which productions are selected for and the film-makers whose work has been accepted will be notified in August 2023. The "Rosa Brille" (Pink Glasses) audience award is endowed with CHF 2'000.-. The price for the "most controversial" Film is CHF 500.-.

Wenn Sie sich für den "Rosa Brille" Kurzfilmwettbewerb am QUEERSICHT Filmfestival 2023 bewerben wollen, füllen Sie dieses Formular aus und senden Sie es uns zusammen mit einer Sichtungskopie bis 31. Mai 2023 zu. Der Film muss im queeren (LGBTIQA+) Kontext stehen. Wir erheben keine Anmeldegebühr. Die Festivalorganisation trifft nach der Visionierung die Auswahl. Falls ihr Film ausgewählt wird, werden Sie zirka Mitte August informiert. Der Publikumspreis "Rosa Brille" ist mit CHF 2'000.- dotiert. Daneben gibt es einen Preis (CHF 500.-) für den "kontroversesten" Film.

 

TEILNAHMEBEDINGUNGEN

1. ALLGEMEINES
Filme können bis zum 31.05.2023 eingereicht werden. Das Anmelde-Formular mit allen notwendigen Unterlagen sowie die Ansichtskopie müssen bis zu diesem Datum in Bern eintreffen.

2. KURZFILM WETTBEWERB "Rosa Brille" (Publikumspreis) Teilnahmebedingungen für die Rosa Brille (Kurzfilmwettbewerb): Die Kurzfilme dürfen maximal 20 Minuten lang sein und es müssen neuere Produktionen sein (2020-2023). Die "Rosa Brille" ist mit CHF 2'000.- dotiert. Daneben gibt es einen Preis  (500.-) für den "kontroversesten" Film.

3. VoD OPTION BEI COVID -19
-> Aufgrund von möglichen Covid-19 Einschränkungen kann der Wettbewerb bei Bedarf auch online durchgeführt werden (Vimeo on Demand, Paywall, nur während des Festivals in der Schweiz verfügbar). In diesem Fall können Filme aus dem Wettbewerb ausgeschlossen werden, wenn der Rechteinhaber eine Online Vorführung untersagt.

5. FILMVERSAND
Die ausgewählten Filme müssen bis spätestens  am 15. Oktober per Digital-Transfer an das Festival gesendet werden.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Films can be submitted until May 31, 2023. The submission form with all necessary documents and the preview copy must arrive in Bern until that deadline.

2. SHORT FILM COMPETITION "ROSA BRILLE" (Pink Glasses Audience award)
The submitted short films take part on the audience award "Rosa Brille" (pink glasses). The short films must be no longer than 20 minutes and they must be recent productions (2020-2023). The "Rosa Brille" award is endowed with CHF 2'000.-. The price for the "most controversial" Film 500.-.

3. VoD OPTION IN CASE OF COVID-19
Due to potential Covid-19 restrictions the Shortfilm contest may be held online (Vimeo on Demand, Paywall, only available in Switzerland during the Festival). We reserve the right to remove films from the competition if online screenings are not allowed by the rightsholder.

4. FILM DISPATCH
The screening copy will have to be sent to us by digital transfer, no later than Oct 15, 2023.
