I agree to fill out any necessary forms which will be provided by email once my form has been processed, including payment forms and a rider release form. I understand that QRF has a 24 hour cancellation policy and that I must give 24+ hour notice regardless of reasoning in order to reschedule. I understand that I must be dressed appropriate for the weather, and have long pants and close toed shoes on in order to be able to participate.
