Thank you for using the Jotform for your Parish Household Updates. All changes submitted update the diocesan database used for both the New Hampshire Catholic Appeal and Parable magazine. You can either complete this form for all your updates or upload a spreadsheet with your changes. If submitting a spreadsheet, please only submit changes and not your whole parish database. The diocese is committed to cyber security measures and will not sell or distribute parishioner databases outside the Diocese of Manchester.
