We are seeking friendly, organized, and reliable team players with leadership and technical skills to make our next IP Trainer Certification the best yet!
If you plan to submit a speaker application, you DO NOT need to complete this application. The speaker application can qualify as your crew application.
As part of the crew, you’ll help welcome new trainers, bring energy and insight to the chat, FB group, breakout groups, and, most importantly, lead all four of your inner circle group meetings in a breakout room as the Group Leader. You’ll meet with your small group several times throughout the conference and serve as their home base.
Please read over the following requirements to see if you are a good fit for our crew.
- You must be a trailblazer or turn in the paperwork by July 13th.
- Be on Facebook (or be willing to join) for crew communications.
- Have a computer with a working camera
- Be comfortable using Zoom.
- Be familiar with and able to use Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Be available from Wednesday to Sunday of the Conference for assigned shifts.
- Available to lead all 4 of your inner circle group meetings during the conference.
- Invest in 6 hours of training/preparation before the conference, especially in August/Sept
There is a time investment in preparation and organization before the event, especially if you are new to the crew. It's a virtual conference, so you will need some tech skills. Please evaluate your availability and bandwidth before applying. There will be 3-5 required trainings. You are expected to attend every required training OR watch the replays the same week so that you are fully prepared to lead your inner circle groups and show up for your scheduled shifts.
