RIDC Movement for All Initiative, powered by On
We believe everyday movers deserve the same high-performance support and encouragement as elite athletes. This program is designed to help more people show up, feel seen, and experience joy in movement—on the track, in the gym, or in their communities. Through the On Community Impact Initiative, RIDC and On have partnered with mission-aligned coaches and training programs to help offset the cost of movement—one of the most common barriers to getting started or returning after time away. Browse our curated list of participating programs to find the best fit for your goals, with offerings that include beginner support, injury return-to-run, pre-menopausal training, consistency-focused coaching, and more. Then complete this application to be considered for six months of fully covered training. Applicants will be notified by mid-May, and training begins June 1.
