Specifications & Submissions:
- To conform with IRS unrelated business income rules, please use the following guidelines for your sponsorship display/artwork:
- 1. The display can include the company name, logo, product lines, and contact information (address, phone number, email, web address).
  
  2. Slogans can be mentioned as well as value-neutral descriptions of the goods or services in acknowledging your support.
  
  3. Avoid price information or indications of savings. For example, avoid using terms like “the best” or “great prices”, etc.
- Please submit all files (sponsorship display/artwork/business cards) in digital format (PDF, JPEG, PNG, InDesign, or Photoshop) and formatted to the preferred size of your choice.
- Upload your file by clicking the "Browse File" button below.
  
  Please note: Although we prefer you send your display in digital format, Option 3 does include the choice to mail your display on paper.
- Businesses that have already sponsored ad space in the 2023 Convention Yearbook do not have to resubmit an ad unless changes are needed. Please just send payment based on the ad size fee selected and make sure to check the box that says “PLEASE USE AD SUBMITTED IN THE 2023 CONVENTION YEARBOOK”
Payment Option Instructions:
- Payment Option 1: Send Electronic Submissions and Payment Online: 1. Fill out the contact information above. 2. Check off the desired page size. 3. Upload your file. 4. Print form (optional) and press Submit to pay by Debit/Credit Card or PayPal. The Sponsorship Request Form, digital file, and payment will be submitted all at the same time. Note: If you are paying by Debit or Credit Card, click on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" link below "Pay with PayPal".
- Payment Option 2: Mail Payment via U.S. Postal Service with Electronic Form & Digital File Submissions: 1. Fill out the contact information above. 2. Check off the desired page size. 3. Upload your file. 4. Print form to include in with your payment and press Submit. 5. Make check payable to Maine American Legion Convention Corporation and mail payment and Sponsorship Request Form to The American Legion, Department of Maine, 5 Verti Drive, Winslow, Maine 04901-0727.
- Payment Option 3: Mail Sponsorship Display, Sponsorship Request Form & Payment via U.S. Postal Service: 1. Fill out the contact information above. 2. Check off the desired page size. 3. Print form. 4. Mail a copy of your sponsorship display/artwork on paper or saved on a flash drive, Sponsorship Request Form, and check made payable to Maine American Legion Convention Corporation to The American Legion, Department of Maine, 5 Verti Drive, Winslow, Maine 04901-0727.
- Business/Individual Donation Only Option (any $ amount): This option allows individuals and businesses not submitting an ad to donate x amount of dollars in support of Maine veterans and have their name listed on the “Business & Individual Donors” page of the Maine AL Convention Yearbook. (All business names and ads will be linked to the business website if available).
