    This section must be completed by the student. Parents are required to fill out the Participation Waiver on another form (please be sure they do)
  • • Respect the volunteers, equipment, building and peers.


    • Sign in when you arrive and sign out when you leave


    • Please keep your hands to yourself


    • No cursing will be tolerated


    • Unruly, physically aggressive, or dangerous behavior is unacceptable


    • Please use inside voices, keep low noise level


    • Anyone in possession of improper or illegal substances will be subject to disciplinary and/or legal actions. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED.


    • No bullying


    • No verbal, physical or visual harassment of another participant or volunteer


    • Any actual or threatened violence toward any individual will result in expulsion and possible law enforcement


    • No PDA (public displays of affection-hand holding, kissing, cuddling, etc) will be permitted


    • Clean up after yourself


    • Dangerous or unauthorized materials such as explosives, firearms, weapons or other similar items is prohibited

  • Student Commitment: I have read and understand the Code of Conduct above. I agree to abide by it for the safety and enjoyment of myself and of other campers. I understand the consequences of failing to meet these guidelines may result in suspension or expulsion from The BeTheLi9ht Center.
