Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Family Plan Membership offered by Father & Son Companies, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Monthly Billing You authorize Father & Son Companies to charge the credit card or ACH account you provide $50 each month. Billing will occur on the same calendar day each month as your initial sign-up date.
• Automatic Renewal Your membership will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined below. At the end of the initial 12-month term, the program and applicable credits automatically renew for subsequent 12-month periods.
• Membership Eligibility & Use
  • Services included in the membership are valid only for use at your primary residence.
  • Services may be transferred to a new residence by notifying us and updating your address in advance.
  • Membership benefits are non-transferable to other individuals or properties.
• Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting written notice at least 7 days prior to the 1st of the following month.
  • If the membership is cancelled before the full 12-month term is completed, the remaining balance of the 12-month commitment will be charged to your account at the time of cancellation.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused services or partial months.
• Service Usage & Scheduling
  
  • Services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
  • Fiber-Protector applications must be redeemed in conjunction with a scheduled carpet or upholstery cleaning.
  • Emergency spot cleanings apply to areas no larger than 2 sq. ft. per incident, up to three times per year.
• Discounts on Additional Services
  • Members receive 20% off any additional services performed during the same visit as a membership service.
• Service Satisfaction & Claims
  • Any concerns or questions regarding a completed service must be reported to Father & Son Companies within 7 calendar days of service completion.
  • Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review or follow-up service.
• Modifications and Termination Father & Son Companies reserves the right to modify the terms of this membership program with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the membership after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
