    Attendance Policy

    At ReDefiners World Languages, participation in the Academic Achievers Program requires commitment to program expectations. Failure to comply may result in exit from the program.

    Key Requirements:

    Attendance: No more than 3 absences; must notify site supervisor or director at least 3 hours before a missed session.

    Technology: Student must have access to a home device (computer/tablet/smartphone) with internet.

    IXL Practice: Minimum 15 minutes/day , 7 days/week of assigned IXL skills.

     

    Exit Process:

    First Offense: Written warning outlining areas of concern.

    Continued Non-Compliance: Placement on probation with support.

    Review: Evaluation of progress after probation.

    Exit Decision: Student may be removed if requirements are not met.

    Parent will be notified in writing.

    Appeal: Parents can appeal the decision within 1 week.

    Support: Resources provided to assist with transition to alternative programs.

    I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area and may be published on the internet.
