Vendor Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure flexibility while also maintaining the integrity of our event planning process. The following cancellation policy applies to all vendors:

Cancellation up to 30 Days Before the Event: Vendors who cancel their participation at least 30 days prior to the festival date are eligible for a 50% refund of their registration fees.

Cancellations Less than 30 Days Before the Event: Unfortunately, due to event preparation costs, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

Cancellation Process: To initiate a cancellation, please email ariadne@redefinerswl.org with your cancellation request. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 20 business days of receiving the request.

Note: Refunds will only be issued through the original payment method.
