EFT Course Agreement
This agreement is made between Rebecca Daffeh (EFT Master Trainer) and you the student.
This agreement governs your access to and participation in the course (EFT Level One foundation). This course will be delivered only via Zoom.
The Course
You the student, will be provided with access to all relevant course materials as a condition of purchasing and participating in the course. This will be released on the course start date. You agree to be bound by all terms and conditions, policies, and procedures in this agreement and in relation to this course.
Access to The Course
In order to access any of the course all students will:
· Complete the course application form
· Set up a payment plan
· Make payments as agreed
· Attend the live trainings or times as agreed with Rebecca Daffeh
The Teacher Trainer will:
· Send an acceptance confirmation confirming dates
· Send Zooms links via email and WhatsApp the day before the start date
· Ensure that the course materials remain relevant and up to date
Payments
All course fees will be paid in full 14 days before the course start date.
Payment plans are agreed upon request and approved with you the student.
Payments are to be made in full or in instalments via Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
Date of signature to 12 weeks before the course start date, a 90% refund will be offered.
From 12 weeks to 4 weeks before the course start date, a 50% refund will be offered.
From 4 weeks to course start date, there will be no refund but you the student may transfer to another course date once at the discretion of the teacher trainer.
Confidentiality
You must ensure that you are accessing the live trainings from a private space or are wearing headphones so that no information shared by the teacher trainer or other students is heard.
