Section 2 may be completed either by having the university sign and seal this form or by submitting one of the following documents: (a) an unofficial transcript (electronic versions accepted; screenshots not accepted), (b) a Certificate of Enrollment from the National Student Clearinghouse, (c - if a freshman) a National Letter of Intent, or (d - if graduated) a diploma.

Option 1 (Free): Upload an Unofficial Transcript
Log in to your university’s student portal and download your unofficial transcript.
Then, upload the file below. (Note: Some university portals don't allow for this option)

Option 2 (Fastest | $4): Attach a Certificate of Enrollment
Go to this National Student Clearinghouse link, and select “I’m submitting a verification request for myself.” Create an account and follow the prompts to download your Certificate of Enrollment. Once completed, upload your certificate below.

Option 3 (Longest Process): Request University Signature and Seal
Download this completed document and provide it to your university administrator.
Ask them to sign and apply the official school seal, then upload the finalized document below.

FISU Regulations

Participation

Only delegations with athletes will be approved as official delegations participating in the FISU sport events.

Only the competitors who satisfy the following conditions may take part in a FISU events:

students who are currently officially registered as proceeding towards a degree or diploma at the university or similar institute, the status of which is recognized by the appropriate national academic authority of their country; former students of the institutions mentioned before, who have obtained their academic degree or diploma this year or in the previous calendar year;
be a national of the country they represent;
(For 2026 events) be at least 18 and no older than 25 years of age on 31 December of the year of the event (age range specified in the FISU regulations and entry forms of the concerned Event)
(For 2027+ events) be at least 18 and no older than 28 years of age on 31 December of the year of the event (age range specified in the FISU regulations and entry forms of the concerned Event)
