  • CT Community Learning Day: Preventing Burnout & Cultivating Professional Well-Being

  • Join us for a powerful day of community and learning designed for Connecticut-based professionals seeking to sustain their energy, purpose, and impact. Together, we’ll explore the science and root causes of burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma, especially in the context of people-centered work. We’ll also introduce evidence-based strategies and frameworks that help individuals and the collective heal from and prevent burnout and chronic stress.

Participants will assess their current well-being across eight key domains and identify both micro and macro practices to strengthen each area. We’ll close by crafting personalized well-being plans and co-creating accountability structures that support mutual care, connection, and long-term sustainability, both individually and across teams.

Equity and inclusion are core values of both Five Frogs and Reloveution. To ensure that this programming is accessible and non-exclusive, and to minimize barriers to entry, the Community Learning Day is being offered on a sliding scale from $50-$150.

If you are unsure how much to contribute, the standard rate is $100, which covers our operational expenses and facilitation time.

If you pay more than this amount, it helps subsidize participation for others, supports accessibility, and ensures that those with fewer financial resources can also benefit from this experience.

If you pay less than this amount, you will still receive the same high-quality experience.

When deciding how much to pay, we encourage you to make generous, open-hearted choices that genuinely reflect your personal circumstances and any privileges you hold. We also encourage you to seek support from your employer, if appropriate, and/or utilize professional development funds if they are available.
