Peer Learning Circle: Sustainable Leadership in 2025
Leadership in 2025 is anything but business as usual. This space is designed for current and emerging leaders who are feeling and wrestling with the emotional labor of leadership in this season. We will meet you where you are, cultivate collective wisdom, and help you build the skills and community needed to lead with your values, courage, and integrity this year and beyond.

Each month, we’ll begin with a focused mini-lesson to ground us in essential concepts, followed by deep discussion, collaborative problem-solving, and peer support. You’ll leave every session with:
- At least one practical tool or framework you can use right away
- Fresh perspectives on your toughest and most salient leadership challenges
- A renewed sense of connection and clarity
Format: Monthly 90-minute circles July-December

Cost: $500-$800 (Sliding Scale)

Audience: This series is designed for seasoned team and organizational leaders (Founders, Executive Directors, Chiefs, Directors, and Managers) who are craving honest conversations, new frameworks, and a safe space for processing and learning.

The Peer Learning Circle is offered on a sliding scale from $500-$800.

Not sure what to pay?
- There is no shame in any amount you choose, and you will receive the same high-quality experience regardless of what you pay!
- You can assume that the midpoint ($650) is what it takes for us to come out even on our time.
- If you or your organization can afford more than $650, any additional amount will support others who may not be able to pay the midpoint.
- If you can't afford anything within this range, just list what you are able contribute! We will honor that amount.
