The Changemaker Re(Boot) Camp will take place August 20/21-24 at Stony Point Center, with a focus on renewing the energy, passion, and purpose of nonprofit leaders, social impact professionals, and changemakers. In a sector that demands so much (especially right now), this gathering is a space for restoration, learning, and a radical reimagining of what’s possible. We envision this as not just a convening but an intimate moment for like-hearted humans to breathe, recalibrate, and leave with a clearer vision of the future for themselves and the social sector. Does this vision spark something in you?
We are looking for champions of the social sector to provide financial support or in-kind contributions to help make the experience accessible and sustainable for attendees, facilitators, and event organizers. We are looking for a total of $10,000 in financial contributions, and also looking for people to contribute in other creative ways. Some ideas include:
- Well-being items for welcome bags
- Swag
- Air miles
- Headshots
- Photography
- Table Centerpieces
- Welcome Signs for Doors

In return for support, all sponsors who contribute more than $100 receive:
- Inclusion in a Recommended Nonprofit Vendor brochure (distributed to all participants and Reloveution + Stony Point mailing lists)
- Logo with back-link on the event website
- The ability to put branded items in Welcome Bags
Types of Sponsors
General Sponsor or Contributor - Contribute any amount to support the experience. Contributions of $100 or more get the benefits listed above (if appropriate). If you would like to contribute LESS THAN $100, please click here instead.
Participant Sponsor [$1000] - Sponsor a spot for a changemaker you know who needs this experience OR a stranger who might not be able to afford it. Receive first page placement in Vendor Brochure AND standalone email to all participants and Reloveution + Stony Point mailing lists
Well-Being Zone Sponsor [$750] - Help us create a safe, comfortable space open throughout the experience with well-being activities, supplies, resources, and healing sensory items. Posterboard spotlight at Zone entrance and 2-3 minute introduction to you/your services during our opening plenary [1 sponsor available]
Meal Sponsors [$500/meal] - You will receive a posterboard spotlight at meal entrance + Table tents with QR codes for your business on all tables in the dining room + 2-3 minute introduction to you/your services during the meal [9 meals available]
Equity Sponsors [$300] - Help us offset the cost of participation for BIPOC, disabled, LGBTQ+, and other systemically marginalized changemakers. Your contribution directly supports sliding scale pricing, affinity group spaces, and accessibility resources that ensure this experience is truly inclusive. Equity Sponsors will be acknowledged on a dedicated “Access & Equity Champions” page in the Vendor Brochure and event website.
Sponsors might be small businesses, nonprofit consultants, foundations, corporations, or mission-aligned individuals looking to support changemaker well-being.
Deadline to Sponsor
There is no official deadline to sponsor, but sponsors will get more visibility if they confirm early, as there will be more time to feature them in pre-event promotions, printed materials, and outreach campaigns.
