Payment Terms

In the case of inclement weather (heavy rain, excessive heat, strong winds), we will reschedule your walk. If the rain date doesn't work for you, we will refund you or you can apply your balance to a future walk.

Refunds are not available after purchase except in the case of a cancellation or postponement by Reloveution. If you book and can no longer attend, you may reschedule/postpone one time without penalty.
