• Contractor Application Form (SLP & OT Therapist Hiring)

Please fill out the form below to submit your job application to Renew Allied, and thank you for your interest in contracting with us! We'd love to get to know you and your experience. Opportunities roll in year-round, and if your experience matches with a contracting opportunity, we'll reach out to connect. We currently contract in-person and virtually in schools across the state of Georgia. While we are currently expanding to other states as well, we are primarily looking for Georgia applicants at this time. You must be CCC or NBCOT certified (no Clinical Fellows accepted), and you must have or be eligible for your state teaching certification in Georgia if you are an SLP. Please ONLY continue to apply if you already have your state licensure in the state you are applying to, as we WILL NOT proceed with your application if not and will ask for you to reapply once you do. Thank you!
  • What is 1099 Contracting?

As a 1099 independent contractor, you are self-employed and not considered an employee of Renew Allied. This means you are responsible for managing your own taxes, benefits, insurance, and work schedule. You will invoice for your services and are paid directly, without taxes withheld. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, but it also requires self-management, organization, and accountability. If you're seeking a position that offers freedom in how and when you work, and you're comfortable handling your own professional obligations, 1099 contracting may be a great fit for you! Contractors will be responsible for fingerprinting/providing proof of all background checks and their national and state licensures (as applicable), as well as professional (and sometimes general) liability insurance -- all at their own cost as required by the IRS and school districts. There can be benefit to this is that by keeping all of your receipts, you may be eligible to write-off all of these costs for your tax returns. Please seek CPA/professional advice for all financial and tax information and advice, as our team are not professional legal or accounting experts and do not take responsibility for any decisions you make for yourself or your business(es).
