The Linden Suites, a DOH-BOQ and DOT accredited Multi-Use Hotel (MUH) with Certificate of Authority to Operate for Staycation (CAOS), is open to both quarantine and leisure guests under IATF's Alert Level 1.
Please be advised that Hotel operations and stays are subject to government regulations, under existing and ad hoc/specific pandemic guidelines.

2. Visitors Policy: are allowed to stay in the room until 10PM only. Extra person charge applies for stay overs.

3. Health Club: The Health Club operates under management prerogative. Sunday-Thursday: opens 7AM-8PM; Friday, Saturday and during holidays: opens 7AM-10PM.
§ Outside food is not allowed to be brought into the premises. Additionally, the use of pool toys, including water guns and inflatable balls, is prohibited to avoid any disturbances.
4. Regulations:
§ Room Cleaning will automatically be scheduled every other day starting on the 3rd day, anytime from 10AM to 8PM.
§ Deliveries must be personally picked up by guests at the Hotel Lobby.
§ Bringing in of portable electric cooking appliances, pots and pans are not allowed. Please use only the cookware and utensils provided by the hotel.
§ Bringing in/cooking of food with unpleasant odor is prohibited.
§ Business and/or Leisure guests may bring up to 3 beer cans/person and 1 bottle of wine/spirit in the room. Bottled beer is not allowed.
§ Videoke/ Karaoke devices/ amplifiers and any electronic musical instruments are not allowed in the room and Health Club.
§ Confetti, party poppers, helium-filled balloons or candles other than cake candles are not allowed
§ Pets are not allowed in the property.
5. Damages: Guests must immediately report any damage/s found in the room to any of our Front Office Associates at local “0.” Guests will be held responsible for any unreported damage/s.
6. Fees and Charges:
a. Refundable deposit to be collected upon check in:
*1 to 6 nights: Php 2,000 per room per stay
*7 to 29 nights: Php 6,000 per room per stay
*30 nights and above: Php 10,000 per room per stay
b. Cigarette smoking violation: Php 10,000.00
i. A guest shall be charged if he/she smokes inside the guest room, fire exits and other undesignated area for smoking.
ii. A guest shall be charged for any strong tobacco odor or cigarette butts and ashes found in the abovementioned areas.
c. Bringing in and/ or cooking of food with strong/unpleasant odor: Php 2,500.00
d. Bed-down/putting the mattress on the floor: Php 5,000.00/bed
e. Stained linens are chargeable with a treatment fee.
f. Moving of the room’s furniture and fixtures, or misuse of the room: minimum of Php 2,500.00 (charges may vary depending on the damage/s)
f. Unreturned room key: Php200/key
7. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or send out guests / visitors as deemed necessary.
