    • We are not open on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. 
    • We print files as-is unless you ask us to review them. If you are not sure that your file is 100%, please ask us for help.
    • We may ask a lot of questions. It can be annoying, but we do it so we can make sure your project is exactly what you expect. 
    • We do not accept orders with deadlines unless agreed upon in advance. Please let us know if you have a deadline when requesting a quote or placing an order.
    • Our timelines can be longer than you might expect, especially if you are used to the one hour photo lab model. We can give you an estimate for timeline when you ask for a quote. Timelines can vary based on current workload and time of year. Pro tip- if you'd like a project for Christmas, place your order in November.
    • The best way to reach us is through email, or by booking a consultation. 
    • We make absolutely no guarantees for file storage. Do not rely on Resolve Photo to store your files. Please have a robust file storage system in place.
    • We don't offer refunds on anything custom. That's basically everything we produce. 
    • We operate by appointment. We do not accept walk-in orders.
