As an REF minigrant awardee last year, you are receiving this form again because records show you did not submit an end of the year report to REF last school year. You MUST submit this report in order to be eligible for any future REF grant awards.
All funds received for the 2024-25 REF Mini-Grant Awards must have been spent by May 31, 2025, unless you received previous approval for other consideration. Any funds not used are subject to return to Reynolds Education Foundation unless prior authorization is granted.
Below, you will have the opportunity to fulfill the requirements of accepting the grant. These requirements are due no later than October 1, 2025.
Requirements:
- Report of expenditures of grant funds
- Copies of receipts (pictures or scans acceptable)
- Minimum 250-400 word description of how you used the funds.
- Any related items (i.e. Thank You notes to REF, videos, pictures, etc.) We would love to see and hear how this grant made an impact on students. Videos are especially encouraged!
