  • The Rheumatologic Dermatology Society (RDS) is a rapidly growing, 350+ member physician organization dedicated to advancing the care of patients with complex autoimmune and inflammatory skin disease—including lupus, dermatomyositis, systemic sclerosis, morphea, and vasculitis.

    RDS hosts a major Annual Meeting adjacent to the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) meeting. We offer unique, concentrated opportunities to engage with dermatologists, rheumatologists, researchers, and those who are shaping the future of autoimmune skin disease.

    Our 2026 Annual Meeting is set for November 7th in Orlando, FL.

    RDS is introducing enhanced sponsorship tiers that offer premier benefits, dynamic year-round engagement opportunities, and multiple touchpoints. 2026 sponsorship packages are valid January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.

  • PURPOSE
    The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which Sponsor will provide financial support to RDS in connection with the 2026 RDS Corporate Sponsorship Program, in support of RDS’s mission to advance education, research, collaboration, and patient care in autoimmune and connective tissue disease dermatology.


    Sponsorship Term: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

    SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
    RDS agrees to provide Sponsor with the benefits associated with the selected sponsorship level as outlined in the 2026 RDS Corporate Sponsorship Packages document, incorporated herein by reference.

    Key Notes Regarding Benefits
    All benefits are subject to availability and applicable regulatory, compliance, and accreditation requirements.

    Programming opportunities (e.g., product theaters, advisory boards, spotlight presentations) must be scheduled in coordination with RDS and approved in advance.


    RDS reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions if circumstances require, while maintaining overall value.

    COMPLIANCE & NON-PROMOTIONAL STANDARDS
    Sponsor acknowledges that RDS is committed to scientific integrity and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

    Sponsored activities must be educational and non-promotional in nature.
    Sponsor shall not influence educational content, speaker selection, or clinical recommendations.

    All advisory boards, product theaters, and presentations must comply with applicable FDA, PhRMA, and institutional guidelines.

    USE OF NAMES, LOGOS & MARKETING MATERIALS
    Sponsor grants RDS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Sponsor’s name and logo solely in connection with sponsorship recognition.

    RDS grants Sponsor permission to reference its sponsorship of RDS for corporate communications, subject to prior written approval.

    Neither Party may use the other’s name or logo outside the scope of this Agreement without written consent.

    CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
    Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once benefits or visibility have commenced.
    If Sponsor cancels prior to benefit delivery, RDS may retain a reasonable administrative fee.

    RDS reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for cause, including breach of compliance standards or reputational risk.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Neither Party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement. Sponsor acknowledges that RDS does not guarantee specific business outcomes, attendance numbers, or commercial success.

    GOVERNING LAW
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements related to sponsorship. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
