    Instructions to Applicants

    Council requires feedback from organisations regarding the delivery of projects funded through the Community Financial Assistance Program. 

    It is your responsibility to:

    - submit all forms within the agreed program timeframes

    - provide Council with sufficient evidence to acquit the project

    - keep all financial & operational records relating to the project for seven (7) years and produce them on request for audit purposes

    - clearly acknowledge the support of Richmond Valley Council

    - advise Council of any concerns with delivery of your project prior to expiry of project timeframes

    Completing the Report

    Navigating the form

    All questions marked with * are compulsory. You are unable to submit your report unless all compulsory questions have been answered. 

    Saving your draft and returning later 
    If you need to exit your report at any time before submitting, please click the save icon (below the progress bar at the bottom of the page). The first time you do this, a pop-up window (see below) will appear asking you to login with google, facebook or create an account. Or you can click 'Skip Create an Account' at the bottom of the window, and enter your email address. You should then receive an email with a unique link to your form.

    Please note, progress is not saved automatically, so make sure you click save each time before exiting.

    Submitting your form 
    Please review your report before you submit it. Once submitted you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your report.

    Organisations are required to seek Council approval prior to making any changes to the project. Please provide more information on your project, including: - How did the project differ from your original application? - Why was it necessary to change the project scope? - Why did you not obtain approval from Council? Note: failure to provide an adequate response to this question, may result in your organisation having to return the grant funding to Council.
