Students must notify the Registry team about changes to their unit enrolment by completing and submitting this form as early as possible.

Please refer to the relevant Variation of Enrolment Policy appropriate to your unit’s census date. These policy documents are available under the Academic Admin tab > Registrar’s Office or upon request.

If you fail to withdraw from your semester two/three units by the appropriate deadline you may still be liable for fees (including FEE-HELP fees) and a FAIL may be recorded for the unit/s.
