To begin the resignation process, complete the information Submit below. Once the Business Office has received the necessary paperwork, processing will take up to one week. If you have any questions or concerns, email the Business Office at the businessoffice@reswimclub.org. All correspondence must be done in writing. Failure to complete all information requested below will delay the refund process. Below is information on where the check is to be mailed. If you dont remember your Community Pass or Bond number we will find it for you, Thank You!

Acknowlegment

I acknowledge that I will receive Four Hundred Thirty Dollars ($430.00) representing the refundable portion of the capital investment bond paid for membership in River Edge Swim Club, Inc., less any unpaid charges, fees, or assessments owed to the Club.

I further acknowledge and understand that if my resignation is submitted after May 1 of the current year, a late fee shall be deducted from the bond refund in accordance with Article IV, Section 9 of the Club By-Laws.

In consideration of the receipt of the aforesaid payment, I hereby release, remise, and forever discharge River Edge Swim Club, Inc., its officers, trustees, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, rights, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, which I now have or may hereafter have arising out of or relating to my membership in the Club.

I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless River Edge Swim Club, Inc. from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses asserted against the Club by me or by any member of my immediate family arising out of or relating to our membership in the Club.
