PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Frequency Recalibration Program ("Program") is a six-month educational and wellness optimization program designed to guide participants through personalized frequency-based protocols, diagnostic education, and structured implementation support. This Program is offered by Beyond Functional Medicine, LLC and is educational in nature.
PROGRAM INVESTMENT
Program Fee: $9,800 USD for the six-month program.
Continuation Subscription: $299 USD per month after the initial six-month period to maintain access to frequency protocols, community features, group coaching calls, and ongoing support. Auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime.
PROGRAM DELIVERABLES
Upon enrollment and payment, Participant shall receive:
1. The Foundation Course (Tier 1)
Complete access to the self-paced educational course covering light, water, magnetism, redox, circadian biology, detox foundations, and environmental optimization. Lifetime access.
2. Diagnostic Testing Package
NES scan and functional lab panel (approximate retail value $1,000+). Testing materials and instructions provided.
3. Frequency Device
One (1) Frequency Device provided to Participant. The device becomes property of Participant upon receipt. Customized frequency settings written by Dr. Robert DeMartino based on diagnostic results.
4. Protocol Access
Access to personalized frequency protocols developed by Dr. Robert DeMartino. Continued access after the initial six-month period requires an active monthly subscription ($299/mo).
5. Staff-Led Bi-Weekly Check-Ins
Scheduled check-in sessions with program staff for account setup, progress tracking, protocol implementation guidance, and accountability support.
6. Bi-weekly Group Coaching Calls
Access to bi-weekly group calls covering lifestyle optimization, troubleshooting, and community support.
7. Six-Month Care Container
Structured roadmap with benchmarks and milestones. Ongoing oversight and plan reviews by Dr. Robert DeMartino throughout the program period.
CONTINUATION SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Auto-Renewal. The Continuation Subscription ($299/mo) will automatically begin after the initial six-month program period and renew each month unless cancelled by Participant.
Cancellation. Participant may cancel the Continuation Subscription at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
Effect of Cancellation. If Participant cancels the Continuation Subscription: (a) Participant retains ownership of the Frequency Device; (b) Participant retains lifetime access to The Foundation course content; (c) Participant LOSES access to frequency protocols, updated settings, group coaching calls, and community features.
REFUND POLICY
DUE TO THE IMMEDIATE DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT, DIAGNOSTIC MATERIALS, AND THE FREQUENCY DEVICE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

SEPARATION FROM CLINICAL PRACTICE
Beyond Functional Medicine, LLC is an educational company that is SEPARATE AND DISTINCT from Superior Health Solutions LLC (Dr. DeMartino's clinical medical practice). Enrollment in this Program does NOT make you a patient of Superior Health Solutions LLC.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Individual results vary significantly. We make no representations or warranties that participation in this Program will produce any particular health outcome.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participant assumes full responsibility for determining whether any information or protocol is appropriate for their individual circumstances and assumes all risks associated with implementing any Program content.
INCORPORATION OF TERMS
This Agreement is subject to and incorporates by reference the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Beyond Functional Medicine, LLC, available at beyondfunctionalmedicine.com. By signing below, Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION
Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Beyond Functional Medicine, LLC, Superior Health Solutions LLC, Dr. Robert DeMartino, and all of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from Participant's enrollment in or use of the Program, implementation of any Program content, or any health-related issues or adverse effects.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BEYOND FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE, LLC, SUPERIOR HEALTH SOLUTIONS LLC, AND DR. ROBERT DEMARTINO FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THIS PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PROGRAM FEE ACTUALLY PAID BY PARTICIPANT.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada. PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.
PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that:
- I have read and understand this entire Agreement, including all disclaimers
- I am at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this Agreement
- No doctor-patient relationship is created by my enrollment in this Program
- This Program is educational only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- I will consult my own healthcare provider before implementing any Program content
- I understand and accept the no-refund policy
- I understand the Continuation Subscription terms ($299/mo after 6 months, auto-renews, cancel anytime)
- I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at beyondfunctionalmedicine.com
- I release the Released Parties from all claims as described above
