MLDP selects students as ambassadors each term to serve in an elevated role in the program as participants. Ambassadors facilitate small group conversations at dinner, are 100% committed leaders inside and outside of the program, help to cultivate social cohesion among the cohort, and help their cohorts stay committed to the program. Ambassadors also help spread the word about MLDP, which may include class or student group presentations, group emails, or GroupMe messages.
If you are interested in this role, please describe below how you would be the right fit. Please make sure to describe;
- how you would be a 100% committed participant,
- your facilitation experience,
- and how you see yourself building social cohesion in MLDP.
The time commitment outside of the Tuesday nights is a one-time two-hour training before the program starts and 30-minute weekly meetings.
Please email MLDP if you have any questions.
