APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of Rockvale High School or Eagleville High School (Tennessee) in May 2026
Final GPA 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 Scale

APPLICATION DEADLINE:

05/01/2026, 11:59 p.m.
- Includes submission of all required letters of recommendation and any other documents.
- NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION:

Minimum of two (2) letters of recommendation from teachers, coaches, pastors, employers, etc
Letters must include your name, as well as, the contact information of the individual submitting the letter.
Letters may be submitted in the drop box below. For best results please submit a PDF or Word document.

A 7 Semester Transcrpit may be submitted as well. It is not required but could potentially aid your application.

For 2026 the award is $1,000. If the student does not provide proof of enrollment by 8/15/2026, then the $1,000 payment will be forfeited.

Completing of this application grants the Rockvale Ruritan Club the authorization to verify the validity of all qualifications (Including but not limited to GPA, Involvement, Graduation Record, Proof of Enrollment, etc) with Rockvale/Eagleville High School and the intended higher education institution where the student will attend.

By completing this application, and if selected the recipient you are giving The Rockvale Ruritan Club (TN Hermitage Chapter), Ruritan National, and all affiliates the ability to utilize your photograph on its Website, Social Media and other communication mediums of its choosing. You will receive no compensation for the utilization of the photo.

NOTIFICATION OF THE AWARD WILL BE MADE IN COORDINATION WITH APPROPRIATE HIGH SCHOOL AND THE GUIDANCE OFFICE ON OR AROUND MAY 15, 2026. THE ROCKVALE RURITAN CLUB WILL PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE RECIEPT OF THE FUNDS AT THAT TIME.

PROOF OF FINAL G.P.A. WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE.

All applications are judged by an independent 3rd party. Their decision on a winner is final.
