Rokkitwear agrees to provide your School or Organization with the following scope of services:
1. A fully customized, online fan shop at no out of pocket cost to the school or program
2. Commission payments equal to Fifteen percent (15%) of the gross retail merchandise sales proceeds excluding any discounts, taxes, shipping, for merchandise through the online fan shop.
3. Rokkitwear distributes commission payments via check to the School either quarterly or annually based upon sales level achieved
4. Rokkitwear distributes commission payments by the 30th day of the month following the end of the calendar quarter or school calendar year.
a) Quarterly commission payments for sales greater than $1500 in a calendar quarter
b) Annual commission payments for all sales not paid quarterly
5. Rokkitwear provides detailed sales report to School that shows unit and retail sales volume categorized by sport, club, and school design.
6. Rokkitwear will distribute a Merchandise Credit as a commission payment in the form of an online gift card in lieu of a commission check if fan shop sales during the school year (July 1st – June 30th) are less than $1500.
7. Rokkitwear will deduct $100 from the annual gross commission proceeds for custom store configuration, a single logo conversion, and online store maintenance. In the event gross commission proceeds for annual online store sales is less than $100, the organization does not incurr any liability or owe any money to Rokkitwear. A $25 annual fee will assessed against annual commission proceeds for each additional logo, crest, design or insignia supplied to Rokkitwear for inclusion in the online store.
The term of this Services Agreement shall commence on the Registration Date and expire on June 30th of 2023 and automatically renew for successive one year periods unless terminated in writing prior to the expiration date.
