Car Show

Please read the following General Release and Waiver Liability:

1. Waiver and Release: I participate in the 2025 Market, partners, Ltd, Lohman's Partners, Ltd, the Lohman's Crossing Center ("LCC"), including all officers, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives (hereinafter collectively "Released Parties") from any liability arising from this event or the use of LCC premises for those purposes. I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of LCC premises during an event, except only to the extent caused by the sole negligence or intentional misconduct of any of the released parties. 
2. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that in the course of the Market, I or my agents or representatives may cause injury, death, property damage or other harm to third parties. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any such injuries, damages, or harm which arise during the Market, except only to the extent caused by the sole negligence or intentional misconduct of the Released Parties.
3. Indmenification and Hold Harmless: I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits brought against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from the Market, except only to the extent caused by the sole negligence or intentional misconduct of any of the Released Parties.
4. In the event that my car or any part of my car causes damage elsewhere, I will be responsible for those damages. I understand parking is available at the designated vendor parking. Parking information will be provided prior to market.
5. Other: I agree that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Texas, and that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. I also agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Release shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Release which shall continue to be enforceable.
